Graduates with a wide range of skills are in demand for the workplace. To combat, Vaigai College of Engineering provides enormous guidance and bring ample opportunities to help the engineering students develop the expected skills to translate them as employable graduates. The Training & Placement Cell channelizes the students to develop and articulate their talents and technical expertise to the esteemed employers. Internships are being arranged in every year to all the students in leading industries and companies to make them compatible with industry. Students are consistently motivated to take proficiency tests and / or certificate courses that are additive for placement. Major role of TPC is to bring up the student goals with valuable trainings that include analytical and interpersonal skills. Besides support to entrepreneurial ideas, we update the industry requirements to make employability services to a maximum extent .
